    We offer Mediation, Information and Assessment Meetings (MiAMs), providing you with the information you need to decide which process is right for you. If an application does need to be made, our accredited mediators can sign the court forms for you.

    Child Inclusive Mediation involves a trained mediator speaking with the children, feeding back to the parents what the children allow them to share. This can help parents focus whilst making the children feel they have had a say in what happens.
